Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.
  • It must be in the same condition as when it was received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items.
  • The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

To initiate a return, contact us at whatsup@vibecentral.io with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

Since each print is made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or artwork selection made at checkout
  • Slight color variations due to screen displays

If you have questions about sizing, framing, or materials before purchasing, reach out—we’re happy to assist.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
  • The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be sent back to you without a refund.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We ensure every print is securely packaged, but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at whatsup@vibecentral.io with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage, including packaging

After review, we will offer either a replacement or refund at our discretion.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking details for updates.
  2. Allow extra time for possible shipping delays.
  3. Contact us if your package is significantly delayed or lost.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the shipping provider. If this occurs, we recommend checking with your local courier or neighbors.
