Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.
- It must be in the same condition as when it was received.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Return shipping is at your own cost, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it may be sent back to you without a refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We ensure every print is securely packaged, but in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at whatsup@vibecentral.io with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage, including packaging
After review, we will offer either a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking details for updates.
- Allow extra time for possible shipping delays.
- Contact us if your package is significantly delayed or lost.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the shipping provider. If this occurs, we recommend checking with your local courier or neighbors.
