Orders & Payments
I’ve placed an order, what next?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking information. Your artwork is then printed and framed with care before heading your way!
Can I track my order?
For sure. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours at whatsup@vibecentral.io. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but once an order has been printed, we may not be able to make changes.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, contact us at whatsup@vibecentral.io. The item must be unmarked, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items. The original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. For full details, please see our shipping policy.
What should I do if the item received is faulty or damaged?
We take quality seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, email us at whatsup@vibecentral.io within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the US and UK. If you’re outside these regions and interested in an order, contact us, and we’ll see what’s possible!
What are your delivery/shipping lead times?

Will I be charged import fees?
For customers in the UK and US, no import fees apply. However, if you're ordering from outside these regions, your country may charge import duties or taxes upon arrival. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines for details.
Where are orders shipped from?
We work with trusted print labs and framers in the UK and US to minimize shipping times and environmental impact. Your order will be printed and shipped from the location closest to you.
Product & Quality
What materials do you use for your prints?
Our prints are made using museum-grade, archival-quality paper and Giclée printing technology, which produces deep, rich colors with exceptional detail and longevity. This high-quality process ensures prints that are resistant to fading for decades. Each print is available with or without a frame, featuring UV-protected acrylic glass and frames from renewable wood sources.
Are prints ready to hang?
Yes! All framed prints are framed free of charge and come with a hanging kit.
Are your prints limited edition?
We offer a mix of open-edition and limited-edition prints. Limited editions are available in set quantities and once they’re gone, they’re gone! Check the product description for availability.
Do the colors of the prints match what I see on my screen?
We use high-quality printing techniques to ensure color accuracy, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and lighting differences.
Gifting & Custom Orders
Can I send a print as a gift?
Absolutely! Our prints make great gifts. You can enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout, and we won’t include pricing in the package.
Do you offer custom sizes or framing options?
If you’re looking for a custom size or specific framing request, drop us an email at whatsup@vibecentral.io, and we’ll see what we can do!
Do you work with interior designers or offer bulk orders?
